1. Enterprise name, address, and VATTIN number of the seller or supplier
2. Must have a serial billing number and a clear billing date
3. Buyer’s name and address as well as the VAT number, if the purchaser is a self-declared taxpayer
4. Description of quantity and cost of goods or services
5. Total excluding VAT and a separate VAT amount
