In the afternoon of March 4, 2022, at the National Bank of Cambodia, Lok Chumteav Dr. Chea Serey, Assistant Governor and Technical Director General of the National Bank of Cambodia, received a courtesy call on a delegation of the Cambodian Young Entrepreneurs Association led by Mr. Seang Sopanha, President of the Young Entrepreneurs Association. Young Cambodia and Chairman of the ASEAN Young Entrepreneurs Council 2022, Board of Directors and Leaders of the Association, and Lok Chumteav, were honored to receive the 2021 Outstanding Public Entrepreneur Award from the Association.
